  • All tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate wear - Sports bras, compression shorts, socks
  • Damaged items - Due to improper use or care
  • Clearance items - Marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Day 3-4: Product Pickup

We arrange free pickup from your address (Mumbai) or you can return to our store.

Day 5-6: Quality Check

Our team inspects the returned product at our warehouse to verify condition.

Day 7-10: Refund Processing

Refund initiated to your original payment method. You receive confirmation.

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors within 7 days of delivery:

Defective Product Exchange

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos/videos of the defect
  3. Keep all packaging and do not use the product
  4. We arrange replacement at no additional cost

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a cricket bat after using it? +

No, cricket bats and other sports equipment cannot be returned if they show any signs of use, including marks from bowling machine practice, net practice, or match use. We can only accept returns for unused equipment in original condition.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product? +

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) at +91 98929 39072. Provide photos of the wrong/damaged item and we'll arrange a free pickup and replacement. For damaged items in transit, keep the original packaging for inspection.

Are there any return shipping charges? +

Return pickup is free within Mumbai for eligible returns. For returns from outside Mumbai, return shipping charges apply and will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can visit our store for free returns.

How long does it take to receive my refund? +

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it appears in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.

Can I exchange sports shoes after trying them on? +

Sports shoes can only be exchanged if they are unworn with clean soles, in original condition, and with the original box. Trying them on indoors on a clean surface is acceptable, but outdoor use makes them non-returnable.
